All prices are shown in Euros. Shipping costs are dependent on destination region, and are calculated at checkout.
We will always make it obvious whether a product is really in stock, or available for pre-order, or out of stock. We won’t let you accidentally order out of stock products.
Pre-order products will be dispatched as soon as the product becomes available. In the event of production for new releases needing to be split into separate manufacturing runs, dispatches will happen in the order that pre-orders were received.
For non pre-order products, we will do our best to always try to ship within 48 hours of order receipt, and will let you know when we’ve shipped.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept responsibility for any orders lost or damaged in transit; though we’ll certainly work with you to try and resolve any problems to the best of our abilities.
